variegata Registered on Apr-01-2008 More User Info Message #1076 posted by variegata (Info) April 02, 2008 02:22:23 ET its found in bird food, bird feed pellets, and due to the health craze over hempseed oil, not in hulled hemp seed. of course, at least north american gov'ts requires the hemp seed to be non-viable in order to be sold. i believe its certain farmers in Canada that have special permits to cultivate hemp for birdfeed, and hempseed oil, and hulled hempseed, for human consumption.
